ICWTET2021 Scientific Program Committee welcome the submission of abstracts for oral presentation, poster or video presentation on the conference day.

Before starting the submission process, please note the deadline for abstract submission is April 30, 2021 and download Abstract Template.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English
  • An international panel of reviewers will review all abstracts anonymously
  • All abstracts accepted by the Scientific Program Committee will be published on Conference Program and Conference CD
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit (however an individual may not be offered more than 2 oral presentations)
  • Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas bellow listed or related areas

Abstract Submission Steps

Step 1. Abstract Title
The abstract title must not exceed 20 words in length.
Step 2. Authors
The presenting author of an accepted abstract must be registered for ICWTET2021 before the registration deadline.
There is no limit to the number of co-authors per abstract.
Please indicate your preferred presentation format. If you would not be comfortable giving an oral presentation, please select Poster only.
Step 3. Disclosure
Presenting authors are expected to disclose to the program audience any/all relevant financial relationships related to the content of their presentation. Kindly note that the disclosure can be submitted by the submitter on behalf of the presenting author.
Step 4. Abstract Text
Research work should be original and innovative. Work can be accepted prior to ICWTET2021, but must include new information/data.
Abstract submissions must be structured with the following:
Background (maximum 100 words)
Methods (maximum 100 words)
Results (maximum 100 words)
Conclusion (maximum 100 words)
A maximum of 3 tables or 3 images may be included
Tables (maximum 5 columns and 7 rows), images (5x7 inches) or graphs must be uploaded in JPG, PNG or GIF format at 300 dpi.
Step 5. Preview & Submit
Please proofread your submission prior to submitting to cfp@icwtet.org.
Once submitted, you will no longer be able to make edits to the abstract. If you need to make changes prior to the abstract submission deadline, please contact us at cfp@icwtet.org.
Step 6. Abstract review process
All abstracts submitted to ICWTET2021 are evaluated through a blind peer-review process.
Step 7. Abstract selection and presentation
The Committee of ICWTET2021 will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author.
Please note, if your abstract is accepted for oral presentation, the presenting author will be permitted a maximum of 2 oral presentations on the conference day.
